There seems to be a never-ending supply of fat burning products on the Internet.  One of the recently popular systems has been the Fat Burning Furnace.  In case you didn’t know, the Fat Burning Furnace system is a digital guide to help you gain muscle while losing fat.  Simple enough.  What makes it any different from everything else out there?  We found that the main difference is how the Fat Burning Furnace guide teaches you to raise your resting metabolic rate, which is essentially the rate at which your body naturally burns calories.  This is something that supposedly anyone can do, regardless of your body type, and see serious results. According to the creator, Rob Poulos, the key to burning fat is to increase your resting metabolic weight, which helps you cut fat before, during and after every workout.  It sounded promising, and maybe even too good to be true.  The guide is 158 pages long and filled with some pretty good info.  The first 25 pages or so is introductory, while the bulk of the book focuses on exercises.  Toward the end, the book starts to focus on nutrition and what you can do to help the process outside of your works. This program has some interesting, yet effective exercise routines.  You only need some standard weights to get going, and the exercises take about 20 to 25 minutes per day, 2 to 3 times a week.  Not too bad.  Unlike other high fat burning works we’ve reviewed, this product focuses on low set counts, with slow, controlled movements to maximize the workout.  The routines are described well, with pictures to help illustrate the movements and get you started.

By the end of our Fat Burning Furnace review, we were impressed with what we saw.  We like how this book is segmented into different difficulty levels, from beginner to advanced, and even a section for those who haven’t worked out in years to help them get started.  There is something to learn for people of all experience levels in this book.  Overall, we see that this product is for real, but like any workout regimen, you’re only going to see results if you put in the dedication and hard work.  For the money, however, it’s Iike having a professional personal trainer teach you a whole new routine.
